Types of construction work
- New house. Construction of an independent house or builder floor on your plot.
- Floor addition. Adding a floor on an existing house where the structure and permissions allow it.
- Home extension. Extra room, kitchen or bathroom within the permitted area.
- Rebuild after demolition. Reconstruction of old houses that are beyond repair.
What you need before construction starts
Construction must follow an approved building plan and structural drawings prepared by a qualified architect and structural engineer. We execute from those drawings – we don't guess column sizes or steel on site.
If you don't yet have these, arrange them first. We can discuss practical points such as staircase position, water tank, drainage and parking with you and your architect during planning.
Stages of house construction

What affects construction cost
Built-up area, number of floors, soil and foundation design, steel and cement quantity from the structural drawings, brick or block choice, and the level of finishing you want are the main factors. A structure-only contract and a turnkey contract with finishing are priced very differently. We discuss scope with you before quoting.
Points owners should keep in mind
- Approvals. Keep sanction and drawings ready; don't start without them.
- Material quality. Agree brands and grades of cement and steel in writing.
- Curing. Slabs and walls need proper curing time – schedules should allow for it.
- Payments. Stage-wise payments linked to completed work are clearer for both sides.
